We offer a selection of fully managed wedding sweet packages built around a set weight of sweets. The package size determines the amount of sweets supplied and the scale of the display, with options suitable for smaller celebrations through to much larger weddings. Our packages are sold by weight rather than promising an unlimited amount per guest. The guest numbers shown with each package are a guide, based on typical portions of around 100g per person, but actual consumption varies. Some guests will take very little while others will come back more than once, so the weight included in your chosen package is the guaranteed quantity supplied.

Yes. One of the best parts of a wedding sweet display is choosing a mixture that feels like you. Depending on availability and your chosen package, selections can include traditional pick-and-mix favourites, gummies, jelly and foam sweets, fizzy or sour choices, nostalgic classics and selected premium or chocolate options. We can help you put together a varied selection rather than filling every jar with very similar sweets.

Where suitable sweets and styling options are available, absolutely. We can take your colour palette and overall wedding style into account when planning the presentation. Sometimes that means choosing sweets in complementary colours; other times it is better to keep a broad colourful selection and use the jars, signage and surrounding presentation to tie the display into the rest of the wedding.

No. Norwich Wedding Sweets is a fully managed service. For health, safety and insurance reasons, our display equipment is delivered, set up and collected by our own team. Customers do not collect or return our jars, carts, display pieces or other reusable equipment. It also means there is one less job for you, your family or your wedding party to worry about.

Yes. We arrange venue access with you in advance, deliver the sweet display, set up the included jars, serving pieces and accessories, and make sure the display is ready for your guests. We will agree the most suitable setup window based on your venue and wedding schedule so that our work fits around the rest of the preparations.

They are yours. The sweets included in your package are purchased for your wedding, so anything remaining at the end belongs to you. When our team returns to collect our reusable display equipment, the remaining sweets will be left with you or your nominated venue contact to enjoy afterwards.

The exact presentation items included depend on the package you choose, and the live package description will show what is provided. Our managed displays are designed to give guests an easy and attractive way to help themselves, so serving pieces and suitable presentation equipment form an important part of the setup rather than being treated as an afterthought.

Where available, additional sweets can be added if you would like a little more than the standard allowance in your chosen package. This can be useful when you like the presentation level of one package but want a slightly larger quantity. Any additional cost will be shown or confirmed as part of your booking so you know the total before committing.

We can offer selected premium, chocolate or branded sweets where available. Because these can cost considerably more than standard bulk pick-and-mix sweets, some choices may carry an additional charge. We will make that clear before your selection is finalised rather than quietly substituting a more expensive product into the package price.

Please tell us about allergies and dietary requirements before your selection is finalised. Ingredients and manufacturing warnings vary between products, and sweets may be produced in environments that handle common allergens. We can discuss suitable choices where available, but no sweet should be assumed to be allergen-free unless its ingredients and handling information have been specifically checked for your booking.

We recommend booking as early as you can once you know you would like a sweet display, particularly for popular wedding dates. Our standard booking rules require advance notice, and availability also depends on existing bookings, the size of your display and any products that need to be ordered specially. The booking system will show whether your date can be accepted.

Collection is arranged around the venue and the end of your celebration. In some cases collection may be after the event and in others it may be at an agreed later time. We will confirm the arrangement before the wedding so the venue knows what is happening and you are not left trying to organise equipment returns yourself.
